You guys went crazy over this Dragon Fruit Bowl I posted on my Instagram. I was excited to make this recipe because I had just purchased a new Vega Protein Powder and Ninja Blender. So with all your requests, here is the recipe!
Ingredients:
- Frozen Pitaya Packet
- Frozen Banana
- Blueberries
- Coconut Yogurt
- Coconut Water
- Vega Coconut Almond Protein Powder
Toppings:
- Banana
- Kiwi
- Blueberries
- Unsweetened Coconut Shreds
- Hemp Seeds
- Almonds
I used a good bit of coconut flavor here, feel free to substitute with flavor you like more!
